managing our properties, reservations and payments.
So, while you are booking your stay through Stay With Us Collection, you may see Hospitality UX, S.L. on
your payment confirmation, invoice or bank statement. It’s still us – just the official name behind the
collection.

Absolutely. Booking directly with Stay With Us Collection means you are dealing with us from the very
beginning – no intermediary between you and the people actually looking after your stay.
Payments are handled through secure payment systems, and you’ll receive written confirmation of your
reservation.
And if you have a question? You’re speaking directly with us, not a call centre.

We offer several convenient and secure ways to pay.
Credit and debit card payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. You can also pay directly
from your PayPal account, or by bank transfer to our BBVA account in Spain.
Whichever option you choose, your booking confirmation will clearly show the payment details and next
steps.

No. We prefer to begin your stay with trust rather than a security deposit.
For direct bookings, we simply ask the lead guest to sign our rental agreement before arrival, which includes
responsibility for any damage caused during the stay.
We believe this is a more straightforward and personal approach – clear responsibilities on both sides,
without unnecessarily holding your money during your holiday.

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and dates you select.
You’ll always see the applicable cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. We recommend
taking a moment to read it carefully, particularly when choosing a discounted or non-refundable rate.
If something unexpected happens, talk to us. While the conditions of your booking still apply, dealing directly
gives us the opportunity to look at your individual situation rather than simply directing you to an automated
system.

direct contact with the people actually managing your stay.

Our homes are designed to feel like homes, not stripped-back holiday rentals.
You’ll find quality bed linen and towels, a properly equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, entertainment facilities and the
practical essentials you need to settle in comfortably.
Each property is different, so its individual listing provides the complete details of what’s included.
And because we actually manage the homes ourselves, if you’re wondering whether something specific is
there, just ask us.

The pool at Red-House has a heating system, with heating offered according to the season and booking
conditions.
Tenerife enjoys a wonderfully mild climate throughout the year, but pool temperatures can naturally vary
depending on the weather, particularly during the winter months.
If having a particular pool temperature is important to your stay, please ask us before booking and we’ll
explain exactly what to expect for your dates.

We love animals, but whether a pet can accompany you depends on the property and the individual
circumstances.
Please contact us before booking and tell us a little about your four-legged travelling companion. We’ll let
you know what is possible.

Yes. We can help arrange a private airport transfer directly to your property.
Just send us your flight details in advance and we can coordinate everything for you.

Not necessarily, but if you really want to discover Tenerife, we recommend one.
Taxis and private transfers are readily available, and you can certainly enjoy a relaxing stay without driving.
But Tenerife is an island made for exploring. Teide, Masca, Anaga, Garachico, La Orotava and the small
villages and hidden corners in between are part of what makes being here so special.
A car gives you the freedom to discover Tenerife at your own pace. And to help you make the most of it, we
provide our guests with curated interactive maps and self-guided journeys – like having a local companion
showing you the Tenerife we know and love, while leaving you free to explore privately, with your own

Cancellation policies vary depending on the individual provider and experience.
We’ll make the applicable conditions clear when your activity is arranged. If plans change, let us know as
soon as possible and we’ll do everything reasonably possible to help.

One of Tenerife’s greatest luxuries is that there really isn’t a bad time.
The Canary Islands enjoy a mild climate throughout the year, making Tenerife as appealing for a winter
escape as it is for a summer holiday.
Summer brings longer, warmer days, while winter is wonderfully popular with guests escaping colder
European weather.
Spring and autumn are particular favourites of ours: beautiful weather, a slightly gentler rhythm and a
wonderful time to explore the island.
The best time really depends on the Tenerife you want to experience.

For our properties in Costa Adeje, Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is the most convenient option.
Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is also an option, particularly if you are connecting through mainland Spain or
another Canary Island, but the journey to the south of Tenerife is considerably longer.
If you send us your flight details, we’ll be happy to advise on transfers or car hire.
