Chef Borja brings the experience to your property, creating a private lunch or dinner shaped around your tastes, the occasion and the people gathered around the table.

Originally from Valencia, Borja brings an instinctive understanding of Spanish cooking and particular expertise in authentic Valencian paella. His international experience includes working at SushiSamba in London, where he developed an exceptional grounding in traditional sushi and Asian techniques, followed by years managing kitchens in high-end Tenerife restaurants.

Today, private dining gives him the freedom to create something different for every table.

Rather than presenting guests with an overwhelming catalogue, we begin with a conversation.

Tell us what you enjoy, what you are celebrating and how you would like the experience to feel. Dietary preferences, vegan dishes and allergy-specific requirements can be incorporated for individual guests within the same group.
